Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000/year | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Our BCBA Mission: Create, deliver, and supervise high-quality ABA services that are compassionate and values-based.

What You'll Do

  • Assess, design, develop, and implement individualized intervention plans and skill acquisition programs
  • Conduct behavioral assessments and treatment fidelity measures
  • Supervise and provide ongoing training for Registered Behavior Technicians
  • Collaborate with families to ensure treatment fidelity and satisfaction
  • Work across varied settings — school, home, clinic, social groups, and community
  • Participate in weekly BCBA meetings and contribute to a growing, creative team

What We're Looking For

  • Master's degree in psychology, applied behavior analysis, or related field
  • Current BCBA certification + AZ licensure (or ability to obtain)
  • 1+ year of experience working with children with autism and related disorders
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage and train Registered Behavior Technicians
  • Preferred: experience with ACT, RFT, PEAK, Social Skills, or OBM
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
  • Must pass a criminal background check
